Washington – After the fatal shooting of two US citizens in Minneapolis, Democratic MPs have made sharp accusations against the immigration agency ICE. At a congressional hearing on Tuesday in Washington, opposition politicians spoke of “Gestapo methods.” ICE chief Todd Lyons banned such comparisons and defended President Donald Trump’s deportation policy. “The president has tasked us with mass deportations, and we are fulfilling that mandate,” he said.
