Preparing this romantic and tasty dessert is not complicated. But first, we need to prepare the following ingredients to create this delicious snack. Here’s what we’ll need:

  • 125 g of dark chocolate,
  • 125 g sugar,
  • 3 handfuls of frozen raspberries,
  • 1 cup of cream 36%,
  • 4 yolks,
  • 2 powdered sugar,
  • for decoration – mint and strawberries.

The first step is to heat the cream and add crushed chocolate. Mix everything and melt. In a bowl, beat the yolks with sugar and gradually add the cream and chocolate, mixing the mixture all the time.. Transfer the bowl and place it over a pot of boiling water and whisk the mixture for a while. Pour the chocolate cream into jars or glasses and set aside until it cools down.

Meanwhile in the pot Heat the raspberries with powdered sugar, and when they fall apart, rub them through a fine sieve. After the mousse has cooled down, apply it to the chocolate cream. Cool everything in the fridge and serve decorated with mint leaves and strawberries.
