A family of wild boars, made up of two adults and two cubs, was spotted this Sunday crossing the Albufeira marina, according to the newspaper Morning Mail.
According to what was found by , “the animals were photographed by fishermen swimming near the recreational port and continued their path out of the water close to the Church of Orada”.
The images circulated quickly, catching the attention of those in the region.
“Everything indicates that it is the same family of wild boars that was seen and filmed, days before, walking along a road in Armação de Pêra, about 15 kilometers away”, says the same publication.
The episode once again highlights the growing presence of wild boars in urban areas of the Algarve.
