A 17 year old teenageridentified as Rauany da Silva, he diedlast Tuesday morning (17), after suffering an electrical shock while using a washing machine inside his house, in the Água Branca neighborhood, in Vitória de Santo Antão, in the Zona da Mata of Pernambuco. The young woman’s body was buried this Thursday (19), in the city.
According to family members, Larissa was alone at home with her brother when she tried to turn on the machine. Samu (Mobile Emergency Service) was called to the incident and spent around 40 minutes trying to revive the teenager, without success.
In a note, the PCPE (Civil Police of Pernambuco) reported that the case was registered as a “death to be clarified without evidence of crime” and that the official cause can only be confirmed after the conclusion of the examination.
Police officers from the 21st Battalion isolated the area for the work of the Criminalistics Institute (IC). After the procedures, the young woman’s body was sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML), in the Santo Amaro neighborhood, in the center of Recife.
