A four-star hotel in Altura is preparing to reopen for the month of June, focusing on a seafront location and rooms with full views of the beach. The unit, located in the Eastern Algarve, is positioned as an option for summer holidays and short-term getaways, with a focus on families and beach stays.
According to the website, all rooms and suites have a balcony facing Praia de Altura, gardens and swimming pool, benefiting from a location “above the sea”. The unit combines accommodation, food and leisure services in a single space.
Sea view from all rooms
The hotel unit has 135 rooms, distributed across different types. There are 58 rooms standard58 superior rooms, a junior suite and 18 suites, in an offer designed for different guest profiles.
The hotel’s website explains that the organization of the rooms was designed with families in mind, allowing parents and children to be accommodated with greater flexibility. The balcony overlooking the sand is presented as a common element in all accommodation categories.
Two steps from Altura Beach
Built next to Praia da Alagoa, also known as Praia de Altura, the hotel benefits from sand more than two kilometers long. Access to the beach is direct from the unit.
In addition to its proximity to the sea, the development is surrounded by natural areas and historical heritage of the Eastern Algarve. The location also allows you to reach, in short trips, historic centers such as Tavira, Castro Marim, Cacela Velha and Vila Real de Santo António, as well as neighboring Spain.
Leisure and wellness services
Inside, the unit integrates a wellness center and spa by Thalgooutdoor and hydrotherapy pools, tennis court, bars, restaurants, lounges and reading room. The site also highlights the existence of kids clubchildren’s playground and mini golf in the gardens.
The concept is assumed as a hotel and beach resortcombining accommodations with bathing experiences and outdoor activities, including water sports and proximity to golf courses in the region.
Beach reservation through app
Among the features announced is the ability to reserve cabanas at one of the beach concessions through the UCA Beach app. The process is done digitally, allowing you to select and block the desired space at the time of booking.
As for prices, the daily rate in June starts at R$222, and in July it rises to R$351 and in August to R$361.
In September, prices fall again to 222 euros, falling even further in October, in this case to 140 euros. In turn, in November and December, the lowest daily rate is set at R$100.
