The impending change of governor in Carinthia from Peter Kaiser to Daniel Fellner sets another personal development in motion. Herwig Seiser, SPÖ club chairman in the state parliament, is passing the role on to his deputy Luca Burgstaller, Seiser confirmed to the APA on Monday.
