Lima – After the runoff election for the presidency in Peru, the electoral authority has declared the right-wing candidate Keiko Fujimori as the winner. As the authority announced on Monday, Fujimori won with 50.13 percent against her left-leaning rival Roberto Sanchez with 49.86 percent.
