The heavy rains that hit the cities of Dee caused a scene of destruction and mourning. According to information released so far, at least 22 people have died as a result of the storms, while around 45 remain missing.
Fire Department teams work around the clock in the most affected areas, searching for buried victims and responding to incidents of building collapses and landslides. The priority has been to locate survivors and ensure the safety of residents in risk areas.

In addition to the fatal victims, hundreds of people were left homeless and had to leave their homes because of the advancing water and the risk of new landslides. Temporary shelters were organized to shelter the affected families.

Given the seriousness of the situation, the government declared three days of official mourning. Classes in the municipal network were also suspended, as a safety measure and to allow the reorganization of the affected structures.
