Kabul – After Pakistani air strikes in Afghanistan last weekend, the Afghan Taliban military launched a counteroffensive. In response to the Pakistani attacks, a comprehensive offensive was launched on their military positions, wrote the spokesman for the Islamist Taliban government, Zabiullah Mujahid, on Platform X. Several bases were captured in the border provinces of Nangarhar and Kunar.
