Recipe for pineapple salad – ingredients:
- chicken breast (boiled or baked without breading) – 1 piece
- fresh pineapple – 2 slices
- hard-boiled egg – 1 piece
- fresh cucumber – a piece
- natural yogurt – 3 tablespoons
- lemon juice – 1 tsp
- salt and pepper – a pinch
To prepare the pineapple salad, start by cooking the chicken and cutting it into small cubes. Also chop the pineapple finely, and the egg and vegetables into standard small cubes.
