Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, son of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), asked the Federal Supreme Court (STF) this Wednesday (4) to suspension of the breach of confidentiality of the INSS CPMI case. “We presented to the Federal Supreme Court a request in favor of Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, asking for the extension of the injunction granted to Roberta Luchsinger, which suspended the breaches of confidentiality voted “on a global scale” by the CPMI of the INSS in the session on 2/26/2026”, says the document.
According to the defense, the grounds adopted by the STF minister, Flavio Dino, for suspending the breach of confidentiality by Lulinha’s friend, are also “all applicable to Fábio Luís, who also had his confidentiality broken by the vote “on a global scale”, without concrete, specific and individualized grounds”, says the request.
On February 26, the INSS CPMI approved the breaking of banking and tax secrecy of Lulinha, son of President Lula (PT). The request to annul Lulinha’s breach of confidentiality was made based on a request filed with the presidency of the Federal Senate by senator Randolfe Rodrigues (PT – AP) and other senators and federal deputies, who sought to challenge the decision taken by the presidency of the INSS CPMI, governed by senator Carlos Viana.
The President of the Senate, son of President Lula, at CPMI of INSS. “The alleged violation of the rules of procedure is not evident and unequivocal”, he said in a plenary session.
The lawyers guarantee that if the breach of confidentiality is suspended, “Fábio will continue to proactively collaborate with the investigation conducted by the Federal Supreme Court, including voluntarily providing bank and tax documents”.
Dino’s suspension due to breach of confidentiality
