Energy flexibility – simpler than it seems
Interest in the flexible use of energy is growing, and customers are increasingly looking for solutions that allow them to better adjust electricity consumption to their daily rhythm of life. The new offer of E.ON Polska responds to these needs, offering flexibility, previously associated mainly with the wholesale market and services for business customers. In practice, this means that with the E.ON Happy Hours offer and the help of specialists, customers have a chance to reduce their bills with a bonus if they use at least 60% energy during specific hours.
Hours when the power grid is less loaded, i.e. Happy Hours, apply every day, including weekends, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The greater the share of energy consumption attributable to Happy Hours, the higher the bonus we have a chance of receiving. The easiest way is to plan household tasks so that you use energy mainly at this time.
– We see that a flexible approach to energy consumption is becoming more and more popular among customers who see financial benefits in it. So they expect new products with this type of capabilities. That’s why we have prepared an offer in which we reward customers for matching their consumption to Happy Hours, and at the same time we provide them with stable energy prices for 2 years. – explains Andrzej Modzelewski, president of the management board of E.ON Polska.
New offer – clear rules and benefits
What does it look like? One of the most important elements of the offer is the guarantee that after signing the contract, the energy prices specified therein will not change for 2 years. As part of the E.ON Happy Hours offer and professional help, the customer:
- has fixed energy prices for 2 years (in individual calendar years, in accordance with the current price list),
- uses the same electricity price 24 hours a day – both during Happy Hours and at other times,
- does not pay more for electricity if it uses energy at times other than Happy Hours.
If, during the 12 months of the contract, the customer uses at least 60% of energy during Happy Hours, he or she will receive a bonus that will reduce his or her billing invoice. The bonus may be awarded a maximum of two times – after each full year of the contract. Its amount depends on the total energy consumption and the share of consumption during Happy Hours. The larger this share, the higher the bonus can be.
The trading fee is PLN 19.31 per month, and the support of proven specialists as part of the “E.ON professional” service is PLN 4.99 per month. The offer price also includes support for the production of green energy, without additional fees.
A day in the rhythm of Happy Hours
The campaign accompanying the launch of the offer shows the characters in various everyday situations that can be easily adapted to the rhythm of Happy Hours. This is not an instruction, but an inspiration – a signal that even small changes in the daily schedule can increase the share of energy consumption in Happy Hours and thus the chance for a bonus.
