The Venezuelan State of La Guaira has already recovered 75% of the electricity service, 68% of the water supply and 90% of the roads after the double earthquake that devastated the country last Wednesday and left at least 1,450 dead and 3,150 injured, as reported this Sunday by the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, in a recorded speech. Meanwhile, search and rescue work continues. Rodríguez pointed out that, during the day on Sunday, the teams in charge of this task have recovered “people alive, and therefore the work is not suspended.”
