Judgments for right-wing extremist violence in the Vienna subway are legally binding

Vienna – The lenient sentences imposed last Wednesday on two 18-year-old neo-Nazis in a case of racially motivated violence at the Vienna regional court are legally binding. As authority spokeswoman Nina Bussek explained on Friday in response to an APA request, the Vienna public prosecutor’s office will not fight the 20 months’ probation in conjunction with an unconditional fine of 320 euros for a right-wing extremist with a relevant criminal record.
