Tehran’s Mehrabad International Airport burns after Israeli attacks
The Mehrabad International Airport, located in Tehran, suffered a massive fire, according to local media, following the most recent round of attacks by the Israeli army against the capital of Iran.
Target of bombings in the preceding days, the airport burned in several places in the early hours of today, causing thick columns of smoke to rise, according to images broadcast by local television Press TV.
The airport, as well as that of the city of Bushehr and Payam in Karaj, were attacked in recent days by the Israeli Air Force to dismantle the defense and detection systems of the Persian nation.
This morning’s bombings are part of the most recent round of attacks focused on Iran’s “infrastructure” in its capital, Tehran, carried out by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). (Efe)
