It is a very harmonious mixture of ingredients that makes the whole thing slightly creamy. There is also plenty of it ham and yellow cheese, i.e. products that make the salad slightly more substantial and have a pleasant saltiness and creaminess. In addition, adding cucumber and corn not only breaks the taste, but also adds a pleasant crunch to the salad.
It completes the whole a perfect sauce that does not dominate the salad but highlights its taste. So this is a dish that everyone will love. No wonder it disappears from plates every time I make it.
We don’t need many complicated ingredients to prepare this salad. In addition, most of them can be easily found in any store. To do it, we need to equip ourselves with:
- 2 cucumbers,
- 150g makaronu orzo,
- 3 ,
- 1 broccoli,
- 100 g of yellow cheese,
- 1 can of canned corn,
- 100 g of poultry ham,
- salt and pepper.
To prepare a velvety sauce, we will need 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon of mustard and 1 teaspoon of honey.

It’s not difficult to prepare. First, cook the orzo pasta according to the instructions on the package. Pour cold water over it and drain. Then divide the broccoli into florets and cook it in salted water for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes soft.. Strain it and let it cool.
Grate the cheese on a large-hole grater and cut the ham into small cubes. Hard boil the eggs, peel and cut into cubes. Similarly, we cut the cucumbers and drain the corn from the brine. Put everything into a bowl.
Let’s start preparing the sauce, putting all the ingredients and the pressed garlic into a bowl. Mix thoroughly and combine with the salad, seasoning with salt and pepper.
