According to the Constitutional Court, the regulation violates the principle of equality and will be repealed in 2026
It doesn’t have to be a show dance competition like here in Stuttgart. But events on Good Friday will no longer be completely banned in Carinthia in the future.
Dancing is allowed in Carinthia, and in the future also on Good Friday. The Constitutional Court has decided that the ban on events in the state is unconstitutional. The corresponding passage in the law will be deleted at the beginning of 2026.
