The Trnava regional investigator charged a 38-year-old man from the Galanta district with the particularly serious crime of murder. This is the husband of a 35-year-old woman who died as a result of the injuries she sustained after a violent attack. The Trnava regional police informed about it.
“The investigator made this decision based on the evidence obtained so far,” the police said. At the same time, the investigator processed the motion to submit a proposal to take the accused into custody, which he delivered to the prosecutor.
The police received a report of the incident on Sunday (March 8) evening. The police officers performed urgent and unrepeatable actions at the scene of the crime, the necessary procedural actions, and several expert evidences will also be conducted in the matter with the aim of properly clarifying the case.
