ORF General Director Roland Weißmann, who resigned on Sunday, defended himself against “media prejudice” in a statement from his lawyer Oliver Scherbaum. Accusations against him are “baseless.” Because a statement from the employee who made the allegations against Weißmann and demanded his resignation was read out to the ORF Foundation Board on Thursday, Weißmann is now commenting on the allegations. He sees his rights “massively violated for days.”
