The international real estate world met again at the Mipim real estate fair in Cannes these days. At this time on the Côte d’Azur it is often already warm in early summer. Sometimes the sun shines from the first day (Tuesday) to the last day of the fair (Friday), sometimes you have two days of summer and on the last day it snows – and sometimes it starts out wet and cold, only to keep getting brighter until the end of the fair. That’s exactly how it was this year. And that’s exactly why many reports on the weather in Cannes try to express the general mood in the real estate industry and at the same time express an optimistic and confident perspective: things are getting brighter.
