Corporation investigates “the practice of crimes of inserting false data into official systems”; one of the targets is deputy Gorete Pereira
This Tuesday morning (March 17, 2026), the Federal Police carried out Operation Indébito, an offshoot of , which investigates a national scheme of unauthorized associative discounts on retirement and pensions of INSS (National Social Security Institute) beneficiaries.
19 search and seizure warrants, 2 arrest warrants and other various precautionary measures are being executed in Ceará and the Federal District. According to g1, one of the targets is the federal deputy (MDB-CE).

The operation is being carried out in conjunction with the CGU (General Comptroller of the Union). According to the PF, the warrants were issued by the Federal Supreme Court, in procedures under the report of STF minister André Mendonça.
“Their purpose is to deepen the investigations into the Sem Desconto operation, to clarify the practice of crimes of inserting false data into official systems, establishing a criminal organization, social security fraud and acts of concealment and property dilapidation”declared the PF.
According to the g1the arrest warrants are against:
- Natjo de Lima Pinheiro, businessman;
- Cecília Rodrigues Mota, lawyer and former president of Aapen (National Association of Retirees and Pensioners) and AAPB (Association of Retirees and Pensioners of Brazil).
