Rome/Valletta – Concern is growing about the disabled Russian tanker “Arctic Metagaz,” which has been adrift in the central Mediterranean for almost two weeks. After the 277-meter-long tanker caught fire following explosions off the coast of Libya on Tuesday last week, the Libyan coast guard initially reported that the ship had sunk. The crew of 30 men were rescued. But then photos emerged showing the tanker with a significant list.
