A complaint from the Public Ministry against lieutenant colonel Geraldo Leite Rosa Netoaccused of the feminicide of his wife, PM Gisele Alves, reveals that the officer is also investigated for sexual and moral harassment against female subordinates within the corporation. The São Paulo Court accepted the complaint on Wednesday afternoon (18).
According to the complaint, There are reports that the accused used his hierarchical position to embarrass and pressure female police officers under your command. Witnesses indicate that he had direct influence on the careers of his subordinates, even interfering in transfers, functions and work schedules according to his personal interests.

For prosecutors, this history also supports the request for preventive detention. The assessment is that, in freedom, the lieutenant colonel could intimidate witnesses and interfere with the production of evidenceespecially for maintaining hierarchical links with potential witnesses.

According to the complaint, the crime occurred on February 18, 2026, in the couple’s apartment, in the Brás neighborhood. After an argument motivated by the victim’s decision to separate, the accused allegedly shot his wife in the head.
The investigation also points out that the officer tried to simulate a suicide, . According to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, he placed the weapon in the victim’s hand and altered elements of the scene to induce an error in the investigation of the facts.
Expert reports also indicate inconsistencies in the version presented by the defense. There is a record of blood on the accused’s clothes, as well as evidence that he had taken a shower after the crime to eliminate traces.
For the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the murder was committed for a base reason, linked to the feeling of possession and the accused’s refusal to accept the end of the relationship. The complaint also points out that the victim was surprised, , which makes the crime worse.

“The law firm MALAVASI SOCIEDADE DE ADVOGADOS, hired to assist Lieutenant-Colonel GERALDO LEITE ROSA NETO in monitoring the investigations relating to his wife’s suicide, has come forward to provide clarifications.
In view of the recent double decree of arrest of the Lieutenant Colonel for the same facts before both the Military Court and the Common Court, the defense is appalled by the maintenance of the competence of both jurisdictions.
He informs that he was aware of the requests for arrest against him since March 17th, not only did he not hide, but also spontaneously provided proof of address before the Court, the place where the arrest warrant was served, an act which, although clearly illegal as it was issued by an incompetent authority, he did not oppose, having maintained the stance adopted since the beginning of the collaboration investigations with the competent authorities.
Finally, he informs that he has already filed a complaint with the STJ against the decree issued by the Military Justice and that he is studying the handling of habeas corpus regarding the decision of the 5th Jury Court of the Capital.
He reiterates that information and interpretations continue to be disseminated that affect aspects of his private life, often through decontextualized content, causing undue exposure and repercussions that affect his honor and dignity.
