Several famous people gathered last Thursday night (19), at Copacabana Palace, for the first edition of 2026 of the Black Dinner which, in addition to strengthening professional networks, expands narratives and consolidates the black presence in spaces of cultural and social prestige.

Created in 2023, the intimate event reinforced the importance of initiatives that increase the circulation and recognition of black talents in different sectors of society.
“Each edition of To have lunch Therefore reinforces the power of our networks and the importance of celebrating stories, trajectories and narratives that are part of the country’s cultural construction”, he highlighted Barbara Britopresident of the event alongside co-founders Levis Novaes and Kevin David.
The night also highlighted the dialogue between culture and audiovisual, celebrating “The Nobility of Love”, a soap opera that presents a narrative marked by African kingdoms, power struggles, the fight for justice and a love story that connects continents and ancestries.
