In an interview with ‘Direto ao Ponto’, the former minister of the Civil House assessed that the Court ‘needs to limit itself’ so as not to enter into ‘suspicion’
Former Minister of the Civil House José Dirceu spoke out this Monday (23) in favor of the code of conduct at the Federal Supreme Court (STF). The statement was made in an interview with the program Straight to the Pointyes Jovem Pan News.
“I think it needs to be limited, otherwise the Supreme Court will come under suspicion,” said Dirceu.
The former Minister of the Civil House considered that it should be “any idea” of impeachment of STF judges rejected due to “legal decisions or positions on certain topics”.
“Much less because he condemned us and then condemned former president Jair Bolsonaro”, he added.
