Death by hanging of Luiz Phillipi Mourão was recorded by cameras without blind spots at the PF Superintendency in Belo Horizonte
The Federal Police (PF) concluded that there was no external interference in , Daniel Vorcaro’s “Sicário”. The hanging took place in Regional Superintendence of Minas Geraisin Belo Horizonte, and it was , without blind spots. The information was confirmed by Young Pan.
Sicário was preventively arrested on March 4 during the third phase of the Operation Compliance Zerowho investigates fraud involving Banco Master. He was appointed as operational coordinator of a scheme that would have improperly accessed confidential PF systemsdo Federal Public Ministry and from Interpolin addition to corrupt Central Bank servers.
The operation also resulted in Vorcaro prisonowner of the bank, of your brother-in-law Fabiano Zettel and the retired federal police officer Marilson Roseno da Silvacom Judicial blocking of assets totaling R$22 billion.
After his arrest, Mourão attempted to kill himself in the superintendent’s cell. The PF provided immediate assistance, called SAMU and opened an investigative procedure. The entire act of hanging and the assistance by police officers from the Ready Intervention Group (GPI) were recorded on video without interruptions. The records were delivered to the Federal Supreme Court (STF), where the case is reported by minister André Mendonça.
