SP court registers protest over Vorcaro and family’s assets

Decision includes R$36 million mansions, R$420 million jet and participation in Atlético-MG’s SAF

The 3rd Bankruptcy and Judicial Reorganization Court of São Paulo determined the protest against the sale of , former controller of Banco Master. The measure, published in the Electronic Justice Gazette this Monday (23 March 2026), also affects the businessman’s father and sister. The decision aims to guarantee the repayment of creditors. The precautionary and preventive measure does not prevent the use or sale of the goods by the owners. The existence of the judicial process will be recorded in property registrations and company records. Thus, potential buyers will not be able to claim ignorance of the fraud or “good faith”, facilitating the future recovery of this asset.

The magistrate ordered the registration of protests against the sale of residential and commercial properties, aircraft, vessels, vehicles, shares in companies and shares in investment funds. The protest was registered at property registry offices, commercial boards, transit agencies and the CVM (Securities Commission).

The assets subject to the decision are located in several Brazilian states and abroad. In the Federal District, there is property registration in Lago Sul. In São Paulo, assets are concentrated in neighborhoods such as Vila Nova Conceição and Jardim Paulista, in addition to Campos do Jordão. In Minas Gerais, there are properties in Belo Horizonte, Nova Lima and Ouro Preto. In Rio de Janeiro, property is listed in Angra dos Reis. There is also mention of mansions in the United States.

The list includes:

  • Mansion in Lago Sul, in Brasília, valued at around R$36.1 million, registered in the name of Super Empreendimentos e Participações SA;
  • Apartment in Vila Nova Conceição (av. Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, 1545), with 113 m², valued at R$4.3 million, in the name of Karolina Santos Trainotti;
  • Duplex penthouse in Jardim Paulista (Rua Cristóvão Diniz, 41), with 600 m², acquired for around R$30 million, in the name of Super Empreendimentos;
  • Duplex apartment in Vila Nova Conceição (Rua Marcos Lopes, 272), with 121 m², valued at R$3.2 million, in the name of Tatiana Costa Lima;
  • Another 9 properties in São Paulo registered at the 4th Property Registry Office, all in the name of Super Empreendimentos;
  • In Belo Horizonte, 6 properties in the name of Super Empreendimentos; decision determines registration of 16 properties in Nova Lima, Ouro Preto and Belo Horizonte;
  • Property in Angra dos Reis (RJ) registered at the 1st Property Registry Office;
  • Mansion in Windermere (Florida, USA), valued at US$35 million, belonging to Sozo Real Estate Inc.;
  • House in Orlando (Florida, USA) with attempted sale mentioned in the records, valued at around R$180 million;
  • Botanique Hotel, in Campos do Jordão, in negotiation for around R$150 million;
  • Gulfstream G700 executive jet (series 87039), valued at US$80 million (around R$420 million), in the name of PS-MGG Administração de Bem Próprio SA;
  • Yacht Monde Bleu with annotation at the Maritime Court and the Brazilian Navy;
  • All vehicles registered in the name of family members were affected by the measure. An administrative block was determined in the systems of the São Paulo and Minas Gerais Traffic Departments;
  • Yacht Monde Bleu, a luxury vessel, was the subject of a note before the Maritime Court and the Brazilian Navy.

Corporate holdings and investment funds

The judge ordered the registration of protest at the Commercial Boards of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, affecting 29 corporate interests linked to family members. The decision includes, through the Galo Forte fund in Galo Holding, in addition to the blocking of 50% of Top 5 Fitness (Academia Les Cinq Gym) and 20% of Chevals Centro de Eventos (Hípica Chevals).

The holding companies Moriah Asset, Super Empreendimentos and PS-MGG were also endorsed, whose portfolio includes companies such as Frutaria Higienópolis, Frutaria Villa Nações, Oakberry and Desinchá. The protest was communicated to the CVM and administrators to prevent the transfer of shares, blocking the Astralo 95 fund and affecting the Termópilas, Galo Forte and Lunar funds, in addition to the Rio Vermelho and Dublin FIDCs.

The defense has 10 days to comment on the judge’s decision.
