The non-life insurance company, CA Seguros, from the Group, was awarded four national awards in the areas of people management and organizational environment, granted within the scope of the People Engagement Awards and the Great Place to Work™ ranking.
According to the entity, these distinctions “confirm the consistency of CA Seguros’ path” in developing internal policies aimed at employee involvement and well-being.
Distinctions highlight performance in the financial sector
At the People Engagement Awards 2026, the company achieved first place in the “Medium Companies” and “Medium Companies in the Banking, Insurance and Financial Services” categories.

CA Seguros was also awarded the Well-being, Humanization and Dignity Award, awarded for the first time in this edition. “A special distinction given to just one company”, says the organization, highlighting the recognition of the people-centered approach.
Assessment is based on an organizational climate study
The People Engagement Awards distinguish companies with good practices in creating healthy and participatory work environments.

The assessment is based on the People Engagement Survey, an annual organizational climate study developed by Cegoc, with scientific coordination by ISCTE Executive Education. According to CA Seguros, this recognition results from continuous participation in the study since 2018.
Company is included in the ranking of the best places to work
In the Best Workplaces™ Portugal 2026 ranking, prepared by Great Place to Work™, CA Seguros reached third place in the segment of companies with 101 to 200 employees.

This ranking distinguishes organizations that promote work cultures based on trust and the appreciation of employees. The company emphasizes that it has maintained certification in this area since 2023, with a regular presence among the best classified.
