A 60-year-old man was arrested after having ran over six people and tried to kill his own brotherin Rio Grande do Sul. According to the Civil Police, all the crimes were committed on the same day, on March 3.
According to the investigation, doctor Paulo Adriano Pustay was indicted this Tuesday (24), committed on Av. Engenheiro Jorge Schuri and Rua Marques de Souza, in Novo Hamburgo, and in the city of Ivoti.
Based on the victims’ testimony, during the early hours of Tuesday (3) the elderly man left with his vehicle, and intentionally, on the street. One of the cases was caught on security cameras. See below:
In total, there were four pedestrian accidents on Av Eng. Jorge Schuri, in the Sao José neighborhood; one on Rua Marques de Souza, São Jorge neighborhood; and one in Ivoti.
In one of the situations, the victim was walking with a baby on her lap and a child at her side when the person being investigated came from the wrong side of the road and ran her over. Fortunately, she managed to move away from the path the vehicle was coming in and only suffered injuries to her left leg, saving the children.
