JHSF announced this Friday, the 27th, the expansion of the mix of international and exclusive brands at Shopping Cidade Jardim. Among the names are Loro Piana, Alïa, James Perse and Fusalpe.
The movement, according to the company, reinforces “its protagonism as the main reference for high-income consumption in Latin America, through the openings of global brands already consolidated in the main international markets”.
Among the new features is the opening of the first store in Latin America of the Italian brand Loro Piana, with approximately 300 m², reinforcing the mall’s positioning as the main destination for high-income brands in Latin America.
“Loro Piana occupies a prominent position in the high-income segment, recognized for the excellence of its materials and discreet and timeless aesthetic identity, being one of the most anticipated brands in the Brazilian high-income market”, states JHSF in a statement to the market.
The Alaïa brand stores, with more than 200 m², James Perse, with approximately 350 m², and Fusalp, with around 100 m², will also be opened, exclusive to Shopping Cidade Jardim and operated by JHSF’s international retail division.
In addition to international fashion brands, the mall will feature new gastronomic experiences, such as Carbone, the first unit in South America, and Loulou, a renowned French restaurant.

The store will also feature a boutique by French publisher Assouline and a library curated by it.
Additionally, JHSF says that brands already present in the Mall will present new concepts, with emphasis on the expansion of the Christian Dior flagship with more than 1,000 m² and the opening of a new Tiffany & Co. flagship, with around 480 m² and a facade designed by Shigeru Ban, including the first VIC Apartment in a shopping center in the world.
In turn, Hermès will expand its flagship to more than 900 m², Prada will inaugurate its new flagship, with approximately 780 m², and Chanel will join the Shopping’s portfolio with the opening of its flagship, one of its largest stores in the world, with approximately 1,200 m².
