A man investigated for the crime of robbery was arrested in the early hours of this Friday (27), in Cruzeiro do Sul, after investigative work carried out by the Specialized Center for the Investigation of Property Crimes (NEPATRI), of the Civil Police.
According to the information gathered, the crime was committed under a serious threat, causing harm to the victim. After recording the incident, the NEPATRI team began investigations using police intelligence techniques, information gathering and data analysis.
As the investigations progressed, the police managed to identify the suspect and gather sufficient evidence to support the adoption of appropriate legal measures.
The arrest represents yet another result of the specialized work of the nucleus in combating property crimes, reinforcing the role of the Civil Police in holding perpetrators accountable and increasing the population’s sense of security.
The suspect was taken to the police station, where he remains at the disposal of the police.
