The former federal deputy stated that, if the senator (PL) is elected, the minister, of the (Supreme Federal Court), will suffer an impeachment process. The speech took place this Friday (27) during the speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), in the USA.
“There is a prognosis that we will have a majority in the Senate,” he said in reference to the right-wing allied base. “The future senators will ‘impeach’ Alexandre de Moraes. We will kick out these corrupt judges. The next day, I will sue him for prison, for the crimes he committed and for when he prosecuted me for crimes I didn’t commit.”
The former parliamentarian, who has lived in the country since February 2025, was one of the main defenders of taxes against Brazil and punishments against Moraes, which fell at the end of last year.

At CPAC, he stated that he and his wife have frozen bank accounts. “They took away my passport, my mandate. Now, I’m a former deputy. They won’t even let me be a federal police officer in Brazil,” he said.
“We are not afraid of you, Alexandre de Moraes. We will win these elections, we will forgive Jair Bolsonaro, and the USA will have its greatest ally in Brazil next year,” he stated.
Eduardo has guided Flávio on international trips to build a foreign far-right articulation. The senator is the PL’s pre-candidate for President and will perform at the event this Saturday (28).
Unlike last year, when he spoke alone on the conference stage, Eduardo shared the time with other guests from different countries, such as Australia, Hungary, Japan and former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Liz Truss.
The president of CPAC, Matt Schlapp, stated that he loves Eduardo, Flávio and Jair Bolsonaro. He also said that he was in Brazil and saw that in textbooks “9-year-old children learn that they can be sexually active and change their gender”, without pointing out which work he was referring to.
Bolsonaro’s allies, the former parliamentarian and former Jovem Pan commentator, Paulo Figueiredo, have intensified requests for the international community to follow the Brazilian electoral process. Last week, Darren Beattie, advisor for relations with Brazil in the United States, was planning a trip to Brazil.
Beattie attempted a visit to Jair Bolsonaro, which, at first, was authorized by STF minister Alexandre de Moraes, but was later prohibited.
The judge stated that the visit could constitute “undue interference in the internal affairs of the Brazilian State”. He also said the request does not fit with the State Department’s officially communicated objectives related to .
