Brussels/Berlin – According to insiders, RTL wants to make concessions to the EU Commission in the coming days for the planned takeover of Sky Deutschland. The TV group wanted to dispel concerns of competition watchdogs and achieve rapid approval of the deal, several people familiar with the matter told the Reuters news agency. The concessions could be submitted as early as Friday. The EU Commission declined to comment.
