A small plane crash ended in tragedy in the early afternoon of this Sunday (29), in the interior of Rio de Janeiro. Two men died after an aircraft crashed in a forested area in the municipality of Rio Claro, mobilizing rescue and investigation teams. The information is from .
According to information from the Military Police, the plane crashed at around 11:55 am in the Passa Três region, on Estrada de São João Marcos, inside a private property. Witnesses reported that the aircraft was carrying two occupants and had suddenly plummeted.
Fire Department teams were called and, upon arriving at the scene, they found the aircraft destroyed. There are indications that the plane collided with a wall before crashing. The two victims were already dead.

The area was isolated for authorities to work. The Civil Police and the Aeronautical Accident Investigation and Prevention Center (Cenipa) began procedures to investigate the causes of the accident.
A forensic team must analyze the wreckage in search of information that helps clarify what caused the crash. After the initial surveys, the bodies will be sent to the Legal Medical Institute (IML).
According to the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac), the aircraft was an experimental type, with regular status for daytime flights.
So far, the identities of the victims have not been released. The circumstances of the accident are still unknown and remain under investigation.
