Paraná Polls: Lula has 41.3% against Flavio’s 37.8% in the 1st round

The president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) has 41.3% of voting intentions for the Presidency of the Republic against 37.8% for the senator Flavio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) in the first round of the dispute, according to a survey by the Paraná Pesquisas institute released this Monday (30).

The numbers represent a technical tie between the top two.

Afterwards, the governor of Goiás, Ronaldo Caiado (PSD)has 3.6%, while the governor of Minas Gerais, Romeu Zema (New)surge com 3%.

The coordinator of MBL (Movimento Brasil Livre), Renan Santos (Mission)has 1.2%, and the former minister Aldo Rebelo (DC)1,1%.

Of the total number of respondents, 7% say they would vote blank, null or would not vote for any of the names mentioned. Another 5% do not know or have no opinion.

This is the institute’s first survey since the governor of Paraná, Ratinho Junior (PSD), announced his candidacy for Palácio do Planalto.

The decision made the , according to interlocutors. The governor of Rio Grande do Sul, Eduardo Leite (PSD), is also seeking the position.

Methodology

A Paraná Research interviewed 2,080 votersbetween the days March 25th and 28ththrough face-to-face interview. The margin of error for the survey is 2.2 percentage pointsmore or less, with a confidence interval of 95%.

The research was carried out with resources from the institute itself and is registered with the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) under the protocol BR-00873/2026.
