The federal deputy used his social networks this Monday (30) to react harshly to a decision by the minister Alexandre de Moraesof the Federal Supreme Court (STF). The minister requested clarifications from the defense of former president Jair Bolsonaro about a video recorded by the deputy, in the United States, intended for his father who is currently under house arrest and has restrictions on access to cell phones.
For the parliamentarian, the measure has no legal basis and is part of a strategy to publicly wear him down. “Today, in yet another strange decision, he asks Bolsonaro’s lawyers about the video I recorded here in the United States. Once again, he wants to create a narrative to try to reach me”, declared Eduardo.
Censorship and Political Motivation
During the speech, Eduardo Bolsonaro recalled that former president Jair Bolsonaro has had his social networks suspended since July 2025. According to the deputy, the judicial decisions involving his family are strictly political in nature. “We know that there is nothing legal about this, the intention is 100% political”, he reiterated.
Direct Confrontation
The deputy went further and sent a direct message to the STF minister, stating that the investigations and requests for clarification will not change his conduct or his parliamentary position. “I’m not going to stop,” said Eduardo, completing with severe criticism of Moraes’ performance in the Supreme Court.
