One misconfiguration and it was done. The Californian AI developer Claude accidentally integrated source code for the AI programming assistant “Claude Code” into a Javascript package (npm) in a new release that was not intended for publication. The source map file is almost 60 MB in size and contains approximately 512,000 lines of code.
