According to the MPF, there is concern about restricting access to bathrooms, water and food during activities, with possible risks to the physical and psychological integrity of participants.
The agency had already opened a civil investigation to investigate practices that could constitute inhuman or degrading treatment in publishing.
The notification also establishes that participants with health problems are exempt from activities considered risky without punishment. The broadcaster must offer psychological support for an indefinite period to those eliminated, according to the notification.
