Just over 100 people demonstrated in front of the Ministry of Transport on Thursday against the construction of the controversial transport project
There have been demonstrations against the construction of the Lobau Tunnel for years.
Vienna – The first implementations began this week to close the gap in the “S1 Vienna Outer Ring Expressway” road project – which promptly triggered the first protests. According to their own statements, around 150 demonstrators gathered in front of the Ministry of Transport on Thursday morning, including from Lobau Stay! and Fridays For Future.
