The court responded on Wednesday (April 1, 2026) to a request from Trainotti, who had personal photos used in a promotional video for the song. The material was deleted from the duo’s social networks.
Call “Hey how’s it going?”the song is scheduled for release on April 9th. One of the lyrics says: “I said good morning to one/I wrote good morning to another/I heard I love you from one/and I read I love you from the other”.

According to the Estadãothe injunction prohibits any reference that identifies or links the influencer to the song.
