He left command of Empresa Brasil de Comunicação to take over as editorial director of Grupo Record. Ee had been at the helm of EBC since October 2025, when he left the direction of Integration and Journalism at Record.
With around 25 years of career on television, he accumulated stints in different newsrooms: he was economics editor of “National Newspaper”special editor of “Jornal da Record”editor-in-chief of “SBT Brasil” and director of journalism at Band.
During his tenure at EBC, he promoted changes in programming and reinforced the team of professionals. Among the hires, he brought José Luiz Datena, who started to present the “Hello Hello Brazil”already National Radioand the “At the Table with Datena”already TV Brasil. It also incorporated Lira Neto, in front of the interview program “Reports”and Giuliana Morroni, responsible for the series “Debate for Everyone”.

In the entertainment area, management enabled the production of the comedy series “Sharp”starring Heloisa Périssé, in partnership with O2 Filmes, focusing on themes from the female universe.
