The iconic dance show returned to TV Markíza in a special 11th series. The new season called Let’s Dance: The Best of the Best started on Sunday, March 8 at 8:30 p.m. Prominent personalities from previous years presented themselves on the floor again: Ján Koleník, Jakub Jablonský, Kristián Baran, Vladimír Kobielsky, Juraj Mokrý, Nela Pocisková, Gabika Marcinková, Petra Polnišová, Zuzana Porubjaková and Jana Hospodárová.
Pre well-known Slovak singer Emma Drobná spoke with musician Teri Čikoš at the Let’s Dance opening party on March 4 in Bratislava. She shone in a dress that she has had in her wardrobe for at least half a year, she brought it from New York. It was a piece where she thought it was such a “Let’s Dance piece” that she would definitely take it to Let’s Dance. And that came true. Drobná performed in a dance show in 2017 alongside dance partner Filip Buránske. They were eliminated in the 6th round.
The young singer has her new duet with Adam Pavlovčin out. “We have a song coming out with Adonix, it’s called “Rituál”. It comes out on Friday the 13th. I’m very happy about it and I hope that the listeners will be happy too,” she revealed about the news.
“It’s about love, of course, but I think it’s about that kind of beautiful, lustful love from both sides. I wonder what people will say about that. We love that song very much and especially we became very close during the writing and during everything. I’m glad that it all turned out that way, that it works that way, that we can laugh together and that it’s not just about the song, but that it’s such a real friendship,” she added.
Like her, Adam Pavlovčin is the winner of the SuperStar singing competition. It suits both of them very well, that’s why the visual of the song could not be anything other than excellent. “Beautiful and also very clever. For example, he took on it a little more than I did, also in terms of the clip, procuring the space and coming up with the whole setup. So he managed it very skillfully. He even cooked for all of us, for the entire team and staff. He cooked szegedin, he made us such sandwiches… In my opinion, he has everything, he is amazing,” Emma Drobná spared no praise.
However, we were interested in what period she is going through now. “I am very much looking forward to this year in terms of career and music. I plan to create, I plan to give concerts. I am very much looking forward to all the events, to all the outings with the band, to the hours spent in the car. But then it’s worth it when we’re on that stage, you know it,” she added in conclusion.
