The founder of Banco Master, , praises the bank in a video published in June 2024 on the bank’s YouTube channel. In a statement for the series “Big Topics, Big Names in Law”from Consultor Jurídica, Vorcaro said that Brazil has “quality judges in all spheres” and that the Brazilian financial system is “very advanced”.
In the video, the banker states that access to the Judiciary is “very well formatted” He said that the STF exists to defend the laws, the Constitution, and that it needs to be aware of popular opinions. “The Brazilian Judiciary makes countless, thousands of decisions every day. It will always displease a certain group of society. We currently have very strong control mechanisms in all spheres of the Judiciary”, stated.
“We have a very well-formatted process of access to the Judiciary. We have quality judges in all spheres. So, this ends up generating stability in the judicial system for our Brazil”, declared Vorcaro.
The businessman also praised the Central Bank. He said that the Brazilian financial system is “very advanced, admittedly advanced compared to even developed countries in the world”. Regarding the monetary authority, he stated that it is also recognized as one of the most advanced on the planet.
Vorcaro’s testimony was recorded in London, England, during the banker’s trip to , organized by and held from April 24 to 26, 2024. The event was sponsored by Banco Master, which paid for the former British Prime Minister’s lecture.

On March 19, Vorcaro a confidentiality agreement with the Federal Police and the Attorney General’s Office. Signing the document is the initial step towards a plea bargain. He is being investigated for fraud against the financial system and is at the PF Superintendence in Brasília.
