The Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) notified the child, Beatriz, to leave Portugal voluntarily. would have 20 days to leave of the country.
Kátia Moreira, Beatriz’s mother, told her that her parents have permanent residence permits. But the two sons (the oldest is 20) were rejected.

AIMA has already reacted: it was a “analysis error”. And a notification already been cancelled.
In a clarification note, sent to Lusa, the “Agency for Integration, Migrations and Asylum, IP [AIMA] clarifies that it was an analysis error in the administrative renewal request process, which has already been duly corrected and the family has been notified. It is also clarified that the voluntary abandonment notification erroneously issued has been cancelled.”
The agency also indicated that “whenever material errors, formal non-conformities or insufficient instructions are identified, AIMA is naturally available to re-analyse, correct and rectify the processes in question, remaining committed to ensuring the legality, coherence and quality of administrative decisions”.
AIMA specified that the process relating to brother of the child “was granted.”
