Nürburgring – A race in the Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) was canceled on Saturday after a shocking accident resulting in death. The Swedish BMW driver Juha Miettinen (66) died in the medical center at the racetrack, the organizers announced on Saturday evening. The race, in which Formula 1 star Max Verstappen also took part, is part of the qualification program for the 24-hour race on the Nordschleife (May 16th/17th).
