Registration for the new edition of the “Líderes do Futuro” project, promoted by the Prime Skills Association, is now open, aimed at young people from the Algarve region.
The initiative aims to “develop personal, social and leadership skills” through a structured training path.
The project is aimed at young people between 14 and 20 years old, residents or students in the municipalities of Albufeira, Loulé, Lagoa and Silves.
Registration is open until the end of June, and the program is free to participate.
Training throughout an academic year
“Líderes do Futuro” provides around 30 participants with a development experience over the course of an academic year.
The route includes a selection day, an intensive training weekend and several training sessions, covering topics such as mental health, communication, leadership and stress management.
In addition to the training component, young people benefit from continuous monitoring through individual mentoring.
Participants are also encouraged to apply the knowledge acquired in volunteering actions, promoting active involvement in the community.
The association highlights the success of the first edition, which mobilized young people from several municipalities and promoted community initiatives.
The project now returns as “a new opportunity for young people who want to grow, leave their comfort zone and make a difference”.
Multidisciplinary team accompanies participants
The program has a team of mentors from the areas of Psychology and Management, ensuring a close and specialized approach.
