Opposition parliamentarians decided to present yet another request for impeachment against the minister of the (Supreme Federal Court), this time from Minas Gerais (Novo), a pre-candidate for president.
The request for removal against the minister must be filed this Wednesday (22) at the initiative of the leader of the opposition in the Chamber of Deputies, Cabo Gilberto Silva (PL-PB).
Gilmar asked the minister to do so because of a video in which a doll that imitates him talks about the Master case with another that represents the minister.
The video was released by Zema last month and republished this Monday (20), after Gilmar’s request. Moraes sent the news to the PGR (Attorney General’s Office), which has not yet responded. The procedure is confidential.
In the video, Toffoli’s puppet asks Gilmar’s puppet to suspend the breach of his confidentiality, determined by the Organized Crime CPI. Gilmar’s doll annuls the decision and asks for “a courtesy from your resort”, which was from Toffoli and was purchased by a fund linked to .
In the crime report, Gilmar states that Zema “vilifies not only the honor and image of this Federal Supreme Court but also my own person”.

In the view of Bolsonaro supporters, it is necessary to record what they see as abuses by Supreme Court ministers, even though the president of Congress, senator Davi Alcolumbre (União Brasil-AP), has already made it clear that he does not intend to open any impeachment process in this legislature.
