DHL reinforces e-commerce logistics in Brazil with two new distribution centers

DHL Supply Chain announced this Friday, the 24th, the opening of two distribution centers focused on e-commerce in Cajamar (SP) and Brasília (DF). The new warehouses expand the DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN) in the country, a model that brings together storage, order picking and distribution for online retailers.

With the new operations, the DFN network now has five centers in Brazil. The network already has units in Barueri (SP), Extrema (MG) and Serra (ES).

The Cajamar unit will open with around 5 thousand square meters and could reach 15 thousand square meters. The location in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, close to large marketplaces, tends to favor supply and shorten delivery times in the Southeast, according to the company.

In Brasília, the opening reinforces the presence in the Center-West and meets the fiscal and operational particularities of the region.

“The expansion of the DHL Fulfillment Network strengthens national coverage and allows us to bring stocks closer to the main consumer markets, reducing delivery times and increasing efficiency for retailers”, said José Mattos Alvarado, director of operations at DHL Supply Chain in Brazil.

In these regions, the strategy also includes boosting the attraction of customers in the technology, beauty and nutrition/supplements sectors, areas that have been leading the advancement of e-commerce and gaining ground in logistics operations.

DHL operates logistics services that include national and international deliveries, e-commerce and fulfillment solutions, express transportation and supply chain management. The company is part of the DHL Group, which operates in more than 220 countries and territories and had revenue of around 82.9 billion euros in 2025.
