While the suitors of and of appear in the polls as favorites in the presidential election, real life poses challenges to Luiz Inácio da Silva’s current leading positions and voting intentions. The point of convergence in difficulties is the rejection of both.
Each one has reasons for so much displeasure, but the main difference between them is that there is no competition on the left and the substantial portion of the electorate that rejects his re-election is insufficient to take his place in the second round.

Flávio Bolsonaro —called by (PT) “Bolsonarinho”, in an inspired bid to mark him as a child of Bolsonarism— faces internal and external resistance, in addition to being hostage to his own vulnerability.
And here it’s not just about the liabilities of cracks, decorations from a militiaman (Adriano Nóbrega, then head of the crime office in Rio, arrested for murder and later killed in a confrontation with the police while on the run in Bahia), a friendly loan from Banco de Brasília, now star of the Master scandal, to buy a mansion in the capital.
The firstborn of (PL) faces competition from the right wing in which he loses in administrative experience to Romeu Zema (Novo) and Ronaldo Caiado (PSD) and in political ballast to Renan Santos (Missão) and Aldo Rebelo (DC).
