The governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans), took advantage of the agenda in the city of Monteiro Lobato, in the interior of the state, this Saturday (25), to criticize the “aged leadership” present in the country.

The politician participated in the inauguration ceremony for the modernization of the Dr. João Auricchio Municipal Emergency Room, which underwent renovation and adaptation works with an investment of R$ 1.6 million.

“One of Brazil’s problems is the process of slow replacement in politics, it’s people who become outdated and don’t realize that it’s time to stop, that it’s time to pass. And then they become outdated and impose a delay on Brazil. This is what happens today: an aging leadershipa leadership that no longer has anything to offer”, declared the governor.

When reflecting on his departure from the industry, Tarcísio spoke about a possible future retirement with the arrival of “more competent people”.

“There are times when we have to stop because younger people come, more competent people come, more up-to-date people come and I know that this day will come for me too, the day to get out of this”, he concluded.
